Finding great gluten-free pizza dough isn’t easy. At Rise, we’ve spent over five years refining and perfecting our recipe to deliver a truly traditional Neapolitan-style pizza without the gluten. The result is a light, crispy base with an airy crust that bakes beautifully every time. Created for celiacs , and loved by anyone seeking a more digestible, gluten-free option.

Coming from a celiac family, finding a good gluten free pizza base was very hard to find. Over the years we with have tried many different recipes, flours and hydration levels to get the best gluten free base we have ever tasted.
When to expect delivery
- We dispatch orders the next working day. For Example; if you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will dispatch your order on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. (unless stated otherwise on the delivery instructions)
- We send orders out by FedEx on a next day delivery service. The evening before delivery you will receive a email and text message giving you a time slot for delivery.
- You will receive tracking details by text and email the day before delivery.
- We choose the use FedEx as our parcel courier because of the great leaves of service and communication they offer. They currently have a 98% on time success rate.
- Free delivery for all orders over £30.
- If you would like a certain day for delivery then please put this on the 'Special Instructions' section in your basket.
