Wind back the clock to 2014, when our journey began with a simple love for outdoor cooking and pizza. What started as a passion project quickly grew, and within months we launched the UK’s very first dedicated pizza oven retail business.

After years of using off-the-shelf wholesale pizza dough, we knew we could do better. We wanted to offer our customers something truly special, dough that matched the quality of the ovens and the pizzas they dreamed of creating. That desire for better quality is where our passion for perfection was born, and Rise Pizza Dough came to life.

After three years of trial and error, refinement, and feedback from hundreds of happy customers, we created a product we’re incredibly proud of.

All of our pizza dough is made using the highest quality Italian ingredients, carefully balanced to deliver authentic Neapolitan, Naples-style restaurant quality pizzas at home. Pizza dough may use just four simple ingredients, but perfecting it is a science, from precise mixing to controlled fermentation, every step matters.
