Great pizza isn’t rushed. We give our dough the time it deserves, cold fermenting it slowly for 48 hours to unlock rich, complex flavour and a naturally light, airy texture. The result is a golden, perfectly crisp crust that’s easier to digest and unforgettable from the first bite to the last.

The Rise of RISE..
Wind back the clock to 2014, when our journey began with a simple love for outdoor cooking and pizza. What started as a passion project quickly grew, and within months we launched the UK’s very first dedicated pizza oven retail business.
After years of using off-the-shelf wholesale pizza dough, we knew we could do better. We wanted to offer our customers something truly special, dough that matched the quality of the ovens and the pizzas they dreamed of creating. That desire for better quality is where our passion for perfection was born, and Rise Pizza Dough came to life.
After three years of trial and error, refinement, and feedback from hundreds of happy customers, we created a product we’re incredibly proud of.
